Inspection Center
The experimental center of Baoji Jinlong Vanadium Titanium Metal Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 2023. The laboratory is equipped with ICP-OES, oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen analyzers, carbon and sulfur analyzers and wet method laboratories, which can quickly and accurately complete the detection of chemical elements in metals. There are currently 4 professional inspectors with clear division of labor.
Alloy customization
Based on the titanium alloy or high-temperature alloy composition provided by the customer, we provide personalized master alloy customization services to ensure that its melting point, density and particle size are highly matched with the base material. This customized master alloy not only helps the electrode pressing process, but also effectively promotes the homogenization of the composition, thereby improving the performance and quality of the overall material.
